Camp Pride Leadership Conference

In 2019, I attended the Camp Pride LGBT Leadership Conference, a transformative experience that provided me with invaluable tools for leadership and advocacy within the LGBTQ+ community. Surrounded by a diverse group of young leaders from across the country, I engaged in workshops and discussions on intersectionality, activism, and community-building. This experience deepened my commitment to creating inclusive spaces and equipped me with practical strategies for effecting change, skills I carried back to Memphis to further support and empower local queer youth and to strengthen my role in LGBTQ+ advocacy.
